I met David when he undertook upgrading works to several flats I owned in central London.

Later, in 2003, I was a launch investor in Hengrave Estates Ltd and I served with David as a Director of the Company which he managed until 2008. Hengrave bought and redeveloped high -end residential properties in central London and was a financial success.

David is a very professional man, with dedication to getting things done right and considerable energy. I came to have great trust in his ability to bring projects in on time and within budget.
