House Erinvale

When residents at Erinvale bought their new house, they approached Hengrave Estates to walk the renovation path with them to turn this house into a home.

Marrying the owner's keen eye for interior design and decor and Hengrave's attention to detail, resulted into the right combination and brought about the perfect home for this family.  After 8 months' of renovations, the family moved into their bespoke home.  Architects, The Plan Company, gave much guided input on the architectual design of the extention.

 

 

Bultie's Hamlet

Hengrave Estates launched the first of its upmarket homes in their Flagship South African development, Bulties Hamlet, in early February 2012.  Within 12 months the development was sold out and had seen a 15% increase in market values.

Willowbrook Estate

Hengrave Estates presented its flagship South African development on the Lourens River – Willowbrook Estate in 2014.  An exclusive, upmarket, secure estate, have been developed in one of the most pristine environments left in Somerset West.  The estate reflects the history of the area with a Modern Cape Dutch architecture.  The homes have been designed to take advantage of the spectacular setting, with views over either the plumb orchards or over the 3700m2 of landscaped gardens down to the river.
